早在2007年初，我们在全国首次创造性提出了“立式”艾灸器的概念。通过技术创新，成功研制了“全金属”立式艾灸器具，并取得了数项实用新型及外观专利。2009年，新一代“全金属”艾灸器具——艾宜牌“立式艾灸器”隆重面市。该产品既完全保持了艾灸疗法的应用特色，又有效解决了传统艾灸器具在使用过程中的固定困难、占用人力、效率低下等问题，为传统艾灸疗法的推广、使用提供了新的途径，极大提升艾灸应用的方便性、安全性和使用效果。产品上市以来，得到了省内外中医及针灸等学术界有关专家的认可和支持，在四川省针灸学术年会、成都市针灸学术年会上取得了良好的推广效果，并在成都、绵阳、德阳、南充、简阳、康定等地中医院针灸科、康复科(理疗科)得到了广泛应用，受到了应用单位的一致好评。

The bottleneck of traditional moxa stick moxibustion box:
    It is most common that we use moxa stick to do moxibustion treatment. Put the burning moxa stick directly above the place due to be broiled, or put the traditional moxibustion box with a moxa stick inside it at the wider parts of human body (like the waist, the back or the abdomen). In this way, the heat effect and some chemical factors created by burning moxa stick act on the channels and meridians to educe its therapeutical effect. However, the way that one hold the moxa stick to do moxibustion takes a lot of time and is low-efficient, with a great loss of heat. Sometimes the dropped ash may burn the skin. It is also difficult to place and fix the tradional moxibustion box at the joints such as the neck, the elbow or the knee, making it inconvenient to do moxibustion. 新型立式艾灸器特点：
      新型万向艾灸器由三个部分构成：灸器盒头部、弹性伸缩臂、支撑架。
1、使用灵活，操作方便：灸器头部可以通过伸缩臂的活动调整任意位置，并依施灸部位的需要调整灸器盒角度，灵活用于全身任何穴位施灸。
2、热效应高：灸器盒内设有弧形聚热反射罩和隔热层，可有效地将艾条燃烧产生的热量反射至施灸部位。
3、火力易于控制：艾灸条横向燃烧，维持了与施灸面恒定距离，再通过热量反射，可使艾灸火力较好地、保持均匀地作用在施灸穴位上。
4、可连续施灸：灸器盒设有三个艾条夹筒，方便艾条燃端插入器盒中部，可依灸疗时间的需要，将艾条不断推进器盒中，实施连续灸治。
5、使用安全：灸器盒底部设有可开合的铁丝网，保证了被施灸者不会被掉落的灰烬灼伤，使用完毕，打开丝网，方便灰烬的取出。
6、适用范围宽：艾条筒内有弹性夹片，可用于不同粗细的艾灸条和无烟艾条（14mm~21mm）。
The advantage of the neotype of Vertical Moxibustion Box:
       This neo-type of Vertical Moxibustion Box is composed of three parts: The anterior treatment part, telescopic arm, support frame. 
1.    Easy to use: According to the picture, you can direct the head of the moxibustion apparatus to any place with the telescopic arm, and correct the angle to meet the acu- point all over the body.
2.    High heating effect: There is an arc heat-reflex bowl and a thermal insulating layerthat can reflex the heat generated by the moxa sticks to the right place efficiently.
3.    Easy to control the heat: The distance between the skin and moxa sticks is constancy, so the heat can work out uniformly. 
4.    Working on without break off: There are three tubes of moxa-stick, so it is  easy to insert the burning top of the moxa sticks to the centre. You can insert the moxa   sticks from time to time when necessary to keep the moxibustion on.
5.    Safe: There is a switching wire screen at the bottom of the box to keep the users away from heat injury by falling ash. It is also easy to clean up.
6.    Wide serviceable range: There is an alligator clip in the tube of the moxa sticks, making it serviceable to different moxa-stick including smokeless moxa sticks(14mm-21mm).
